How to order from Favours & Gifts.

Telephone

Call Julia on 01292 283932 between 8:30am and 8pm Monday - Friday or between 10am - 5pm on Saturdays. Order details will be taken, an Invoice for a deposit (and balance if less than 12 weeks from Delivery date) will be posted or emailed to you within 24 hours. Order will be confirmed upon receipt of Cash, Cheque or Postal Order payment.

Fax

You can fax an order to 0870 138 4731. Please make sure you include at least the following contact details on your fax: Name | Postal Address | Daytime Telephone Number.

Email

You can email an order to us by sending it to sales@favoursandgifts.co.uk . Please, for security reasons, don't send us any Credit or Debit card details by email. If credit or debit card is your preferred method of payment but you aren't comfortable signing up for a PayPal or Nochex account, please state this within your email and we'll call you to work something out.

Summary of Terms and Conditions / Terms of Business

As our favours are custom made, we request that orders are confirmed at least 8 weeks before the Wedding date with a 50% deposit.

An Invoice / Receipt for all payments will be posted / emailed upon confirmation of order. Payment is requested no later than 14 days from Invoice date.

The balance will be invoiced for 6 weeks before your requested delivery date. Again, payment is requested no later than 14 days from Invoice date.

Items will be despatched by recorded delivery at least 14 days before Wedding Day. For delivery within Ayrshire, products will be delivered at least 10 days before Wedding. We'll always try to arrange a suitable time to allow you to check them upon delivery.
